These are the flower stamen only, which is known to have up to 50 percent more aromatic oils than the rest of the flower. Grown on a private farm, only the freshest lotus available, organically cultivated. Pink lotus flowers are reserved for the highest deity in India. Very well known in the orient and should be researched more closely.
